Code of conduct Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co. KG

The key to lasting company success lies in a company-wide corporate culture characterized by integrity, ethics and personal responsibility. The ethical requirements for entrepreneurial action and at workplaces are becoming increasingly demanding.

Our code of conduct is the orientation framework for all employees of Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co. KG and its associates. It combines our demand for compliance with law and justice with our special requirements for ethical behaviour. It is a demand on ourselves and at the same time a promise to others.

Our code of conduct is dynamic and is receptive for new behavioural standards. Official legal standards can change – and behavioural requirements can be concretized by directives.

Belonging to Reiner Kartengeräte GmbH & Co. KG and sharing its identity demands that every individual should take over responsibility. We are well aware that our success and the reputation of our company gained by the daily commitment of our staff could easily be damaged by a single case of misconduct. The rules of conduct must be observed. Misconduct will therefore not be tolerated.
